By accessing, registering on, or using the 4k44 website at https://4k44.bet and any associated mobile-optimised versions of that site (collectively, "the Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement "), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time. All such documents are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement is entered into between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 4k44 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of https://4k44.bet. We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, and void bets at our sole discretion if we determine that a player has breached this Agreement or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulation.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on 4k44, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period your account remains active:

• You are not a director, employee, consultant, agent, or contractor of 4k44 or any of its affiliated entities, or the immediate family member of such a person.

Age Verification

We may request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or government-issued photo identification that clearly shows your name, date of birth, and photograph. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the timeframe specified in our request will result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal until verification is complete.

If we determine that a player is under the age of 18, we will immediately close the account, void all bets placed, and return any deposits made (minus any withdrawals already processed) to the payment method originally used. No winnings generated by an underage player will be paid out under any circumstances.

To access real-money games and betting markets on 4k44, you must create an account. You may only hold one account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Registration Requirements

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4k44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with standard industry practice for online gaming platforms. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any other time at our discretion. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months).

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits are processed in BDT and credited to your account balance in BDT. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match your registered name on 4k44, the deposit may be declined and returned, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as part of our anti-money laundering controls. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.

Most withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are processed within one hour of approval during business hours. Withdrawals via bank transfer may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution. 4k44 does not charge any fee for processing withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Bonus Funds and Withdrawal Conditions

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately within your account balance. Winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in the individual bonus terms applicable to each promotion.

Failed and Declined Transactions

If a deposit fails after funds have been debited from your payment account but not credited to your 4k44 balance, contact our support team at [email protected] with the transaction reference number. We will investigate and, where the funds were received by us, credit them to your account within 24 hours.

4k44 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus provisions set out in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

• Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or a combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as stated in the specific promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place cumulative qualifying bets totalling ৳20,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Different game types may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates as detailed in the specific promotion terms.

Prohibited Bonus Strategies

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit; using wagering patterns that minimise risk to an extent inconsistent with genuine gaming; combining bonuses in a manner not permitted by the specific terms; and any other strategy that 4k44 reasonably determines is designed to exploit the bonus system rather than to engage in genuine entertainment gaming.

In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and this Agreement, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific mechanics.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are based on long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. 4k44 does not alter RTP settings on any game beyond the default configurations provided by the respective game supplier.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Prohibited Activities

• Multiple accounts: Creating, using, or allowing a third party to use more than one account associated with the same individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund a 4k44 account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately processed and credited to your account.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to obscure the origin of such funds.
• Collusion: Working in concert with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, interact with game interfaces, or gain an advantage over other players.

4k44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• You are engaged in, or we suspect you of engaging in, any prohibited conduct described in Section 7.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority.
• You have requested self-exclusion or a voluntary account closure.
• Your account has been inactive (no login and no open balance) for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process the closure within 48 hours. Any available real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to the standard KYC requirements being met. Bonus balances and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Inactive Account Policy

An account is classified as inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months and the account holds a zero balance. Accounts with a positive balance that become inactive are subject to an inactivity administration fee of ৳50 per month after the 12-month inactive threshold is reached. We will make reasonable attempts to notify you before applying inactivity fees. Your account balance will not fall below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Inability to access the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or network disruptions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account by a third party where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Delays in withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banking institutions, or network outages.

Nothing in this Agreement limits our liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime and promptly resolve all technical issues, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and network connection are suitable for accessing the Platform.

All content on the 4k44 Platform, including but not limited to the 4k44 brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements, is the property of 4k44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written consent.
• Use any automated tools, scrapers, or bots to harvest data from the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website without our written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the 4k44 brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without our prior written consent.

Third-party game content available on the Platform is licensed to 4k44 by the respective game providers and remains the intellectual property of those providers. Any unauthorised reproduction or use of such content is a violation of the relevant provider's intellectual property rights.

Amendments to This Agreement

4k44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. We will publish the updated Agreement on the Platform and, where the amendment is material, will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after an updated Agreement has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 4k44 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior representations, agreements, and understandings.
